Along with the sister car (chassis 022) it was purchased by Jim Richards and shipped to Australia.
Both cars were later acquired by Bob Tweedie before being purchased in 2000 by Mike Newton and returned to the UK.
Following a lengthy rebuild the car returned to competition at the 2008 Goodwood Festival of Speed in the hands of John Cleland. Running in period livery, the car was widely reported as being Cleland's 1995 Championship winning car but in fact that was sister car - chassis 022. Sadly the practice run ended early when Cleland under-steered off the road, badly damaging the front of the car.
