One of two cars driven by Jason Plato in the 1999 British Touring Car Championship, the other being chassis 99/02

At the end of the season the car was returned to Williams where it remained in storage. In December 2005 chassis 99/03 and 99/04 were due to be auctioned as part of the WilliamsF1 Reserve Collection but the entire collection was brought by an anonymous buyer and the auction cancelled.

Both this and 99/04 made their way to Serbia and between 2007-09 ran in the Serbian Touring Car Championship.

In late 2013 the car was purchased by Mark Jones and returned to the UK.
