Built by Janspeed for the 1993 British Touring Car Championship season, driven by Kieth O'dor

For 1994 the car was driven by Tiff Needell.

At the end of the year the car was transferred to Scuderia Italia. Used by Sascha Maassen for the early rounds of the 1995 ADAC SuperTourenWagen Cup before switching to chassis 12.

The car would then be relegated to promotion duties and re-liveried tlo represent Ivan Capelli's car.

After 1996 the car moved to Scotland and run occasionally in Formula Saloons.

In Jan 2008 the car was brought by Mike Parnell, however plans to run it in the Scottish and Northern Saloon Championships faltered and by the end of the year had been sold to Allister McMillan.

In late 2022 the car was purchased by Martin Sahl.
