Previously believed to have been driven by Johnny Cecotto in the 1995 BTCC, now confirmed by Schnitzer as being a JTCC car.Driven by Steve Soper at the Sugo round of the 1995 All Japan Touring Car Championship and by Joachim Winkelhock for the final 4 meetings of the year
Purchased by Georg Severich in 1996 and run the various long distance races including the German VLN series and Spa-Francorchamps 24 hours.
Sold to Olly Brinkmann, the car made a one-off appearance at the Oschersleben round of the SuperTourenWagen Meisterschaft. It's believed that Brinkmann may have also used the car at the 2000 Oslo Racing Festival.
Over the following years, Brinkmann would run the car for himself and a number of other drivers at various events including hillclimbs and the Touring Car Trophy
In late 2013 the car was purchased by Paul Smith, and having been rebuilt in 1995 BTCC livery the car was sold in early 2014.
