Originally raced in the 1995 British Touring Car Championship by James Kaye.

In 1996 the car was sold to shipped to Australia and driven by Steven Richards in the 1996 Australian Super Touring Championship. The car would remain in Australia for the following years and would be driven by Warren Luff, Mark Adderton, Jamie Wall, Roger Townshend, Anthony Robson and Jim Cornish.

The car was sold to a New Zealand buyer in 2002 and in 2008 was rebuilt and returned to BTCC livery.
