History
Built as a development car by NME and used by Ivan Capelli in the 1995 ADAC SuperTourenwagen Cup. Although the car gave a useful advantage in the wet, the team were never able to overcome the problems of weight and power losses associated with 4-wheel drive transmission and the project was dropped at the end of the season. This car is the last surviving 4WD Primera. In 2000 the car was acquired by Graham Coomes and run by HDT Racing in the Formula Saloons Championship until 2003.
Acquired by Alistair McMillan in 2007, it would be several years before the car would see track action again. Initially running in the 2013 Scottish Saloon & Sports Car Championship with little success, the car then returned for selected outings in 2015.
Re-liveried back to the original Nissan blue, the car joined the HSCC series in 2016.
