Built by Rouse Sport and driven in the 1991 British Touring Car Championship by Andy Rouse.

The following year the car was updated to 1992 spec and run by Rouse Sport in the 1992 British Touring Car Championship, initially for Thorkild Thyrring although he would leave the team mid-season after a string of disappointing results. For the final 4 races of the year the car would be driven by Julian Bailey

Both this and the sister car were bought by Brian Chatfield, who ran the car sporadically in various saloon series. Chatfield's entire collection eventually went to New Zealand, where the Toyotas remain.
