One of two cars built by Roger Dawson Engineering and run in the 1994 British Touring Car Championship, this one being driven by Matt Neal.

At the Silverstone meeting early in the year, running door-to-door with team mate David Leslie and the Vauxhall of Chris Goodwin, Neal lost control of the car and was launched into a series of barrel rolls, destroying the car.
