Build by TOM'S GB for their BTCC team and used as the spare car. It would also be used at the Spa 24 hrs where it was driven by Julian Bailey, Will Hoy and Eric van de Poele.

Towards the end of the year the car was Japan. The 2-litre 'Class 2' regulations were being introduced for the following year's JTCC and Toyota Japan wanted to evaluate the car. During this time time the car would be fitted with JDM-spec front and rear bodywork.

Once testing was complete the car was no longer required and was crushed.
