An absolute deluge hits the track, with cars crashing off everywhere at Turn 1 of the the famous Tsukuba race track in Japan, yet the race continues!
The first car the hit the wall is the works BMW driver, Steve Soper, who drove this season in the Japanese Touring Car Championship, JTCC, finishing 3rd overall behind Tom Kristensen and ahead of Anthony Reid.
The crash was in Race 1 of 2 that weekend, and Soper was not able to start the second race. As you can see, it was a bit crazy!
