History
During the 2000 season the car was at Triple Eight's workshop but only as a bare shell. That shell was never prepared into a race car and never fitted with a Triple Eight chassis plate.Sold off at the end of the season, it was not until 2003 that the shell was eventually built into a race car and the chassis plate fitted. Although not assembled by Triple Eight, the car was built using the correct 2000-spec Triple Eight-sourced parts.
