History
Built by Peugeot Sport France and driven by Laurent Aïello to win the 1997 ADAC SuperTourenwagen Cup.For the 1998 season the car was sent to South America where Juan Manuel Fangio II used it to finish runner-up in the Copa de las Naciones Super Turismo.
The following season the car returned to Europe and was raced by David Hallyday and Patrick Herbert in the 1999 Championnat de France de Supertourisme and by Herbert in 2000.
The car remained with Gémo Sport until May 2003 when it was purchased by Miodrag Djelmas and used in the Serbian Touring Car Championship.
Purchased by Belgium hillclimb racer Michel de Kerchove in early 2014.
Sold to Stephan Rupp in 2022.
