History
In late 1997 Californian team DC Sports commissioned TC Prototypes to build a car based on a US-spec Accord bodyshell, which they planned to run for local touring car champion Lance Stewart in the following year's North American Touring Car Championship. Unfortunately the 1998 NATCC was cancelled just days after DC Sport took delivery. The engine and gearbox were returned to the UK but thanks to the US body the car was of little use elsewhere and has remained unused ever since.
