Driven by Masahiro Hasemi at the final round of the 1996 All Japan Touring Car Championship, swapping from the left hand drive car he had used up top that point.

For the 1997 the car was fitted with the wider bodykit allowed under Japanese regulations, and again driven by Hasemi.

Since then the car has resided in the HKS Collection in Fujinomiya City, Japan.
