Original used in the 1993 South African Touring Car Championship and driven by Deon Joubert.

For the 1994 Championship the car was driven in the opening two rounds by Joubert before he switched to a 94-spec car. This car was then taken over by Anthony Taylor and run under the BMW Motorplan banner.

In 1995 the car continued with the Motorplan team with Sabine Reck taking over driving duties. The car would be used for the first 3 rounds before Reck switched to Joubert's 94-spec machine.
