History
Believed to be have been used as a spare car for a number of European teams in 1994. There are suggestions that it may have been used at least once in the Belgian Procar series, but this has not been confirmed.Flown out to Australia at the end of the season for the Bathurst 1000 but was delayed in transit and missed the first practice session meaning the team had to use the spare car. When the car eventually arrived it had a mix of German front splitter and Italian rear wing, which need to be changed for the BTCC-spec parts. The car proved to be significantly faster that the other 2-litre entries, finishing 1st in class and 10th overall in the hands of Paul Morris and Altfrid Heger.
After Bathurst the car was raced by David Brabham at Wellington and Pukekohe for the Nissan-Mobil 500 series.
Used by Morris for the pre-season 1995 Indycar supporting Super Touring Cup. For the 1995 Australian Super Touring Championship, Morris would switch between this car and E36/CL2 0095 94.
Purchased by Paul Nelson in 1996 and driven by Nelson and Justin Matthews in the Australian Super Touring Championship between 1996-1999
