History
Build in 1997 and driven by David Leslie for the British Touring Car Championship, although RML's records show that both Leslie and Anthony Reid drove the car in testing.Updated in 1999 with the latest front/rear aero kit, electronics and suspension.
The car was the Woodcock brothers in Formula Saloons for several years before being purchased by Richard Hawken in June 2005 for use in the BRSCC Euro Saloons Championship, taking his first win in the car at Oulton Park in August 2005.
Hawken has continued to race in the Euro Saloons Championship taking the Class B title in 2011, and the Super Touring sub-class title in 2010 and 2011.
In 2013 the car was stripped down for as rebuild/respray and returned to 1997 BTCC livery.
In late 2018/early 2019, the car was sold to Guy François and run in the Belcar Youngtimer Cup
