History
One of two cars built by Roger Dawson Engineering and run in the 1994 British Touring Car Championship, this one being driven by David Leslie. Following the destruction of team mate Matt Neal's car the team scaled back their programme and eventually withdrew from the series half way through the year.In 1997 the car, together with the 1993 chassis, was sold to Schrader Motorsports and run in the 1997 North American Touring Car Championship. This would be the team's main car, being driven by Bob Schader.
In 1999 both cars were purchased by Emil Yeoung. This car was driven by J. Roth in club racing for a couple of seasons before being put into storage where it remained.
In 2016 the car was sold to New Zealander Jeremy Thornton.
