Raced at the 1995 Spa Francorchamps and Nürburgring 24 hour races.

Sold to BMW Motorsports Australia and used mainly as a test car but also driven by Charlie O'Brien in selected rounds of the 1996 Australian Super Touring Championship, and by Craig Baird in the 1996 Bathurst 1000 support races.

Sold mid-1997 to Troy Searle and raced by Searle and Geoff Full at the Bathurst 1000 later that year.

Form 1998 onwards the car continued to be used by Troy Searle and younger brother Luke Searle in various incarnations of the Australia Super Touring series.

At the end of 2010 the car was purchased by Kyrre Nielsen, fitted with the engine from E36 STC 97/004 and raced in the 2011 Norwegien GT3 series.
